  • HR Manager – Key Result Areas (KRAs)1. Talent Acquisition & StaffingDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure timely hiring for all open positions.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles.

  • Organize workshops, seminars, and leadership development.
  • Track training effectiveness and ROI.
  • 5. Compliance & Policy ManagementEnsure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain updated HR manuals and SOPs.
  • Handle audits and statutory compliance.
  • 6. Compensation & BenefitsDesign competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
  • Ensure timely payroll processing.
  • Benchmark compensation against industry standards.
  • 7. Employee RelationsResolve conflicts and grievances effectively.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture.
