We have an excellent opportunity for a Inside Sales Executive. This is your chance to bring your love of baking and talk about Bangalore’s one and only Vegan bakery to the customers. Enticing customers while staying focused on giving great service over the phone and manage website orders while building on your product knowledge as you go.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Take orders on the phone, chat and face-to-face and providing the best customer service
• We are an online focused business, so managing theme cake pictures on the website for customers to order
• Calculate costing for products
• Manage orders from Website, corporates and other social media platforms.
• Manage and coordinate between the production team and delivery personnel to ensure deliveries are reaching on time and orders are made as per customers requirements.
• Provide strong and efficient administrative support

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Preferred 2-year Sales & Customer Service, Call Centre Role or Restaurant/cloud kitchen customer-facing experience
• Excellent communication and writing in English.
• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hotel, Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Good Computer skills.
• Experience in any CRM or restaurant billing system is an advantage
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
