Interior Designer

We are looking for a dynamic Interior Designer cum Telecaller who can efficiently handle both interior design projects and client outreach. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills in 2D and 3D visualization and be comfortable making telecalling calls during non-design hours to generate leads and schedule appointments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInterior DesignCreate 2D layouts and detailed drawings.
• Develop realistic 3D designs and renderings for residential and commercial projects.
• Understand client requirements and prepare design concepts.
• Coordinate with the team for design revisions and project execution.
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, and material selections.
• TelecallingMake outbound calls to the database provided by the company.
• Introduce company services and generate qualified leads.
• Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales/design team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
• Required SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
• Proficiency in 3D design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar.
• Good knowledge of interior design principles and space planning.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s).
• Confidence in telecalling and client interaction.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Mandatory RequirementsMust own a personal laptop with all required design software installed, licensed (where applicable), and fully functional.
• Reliable internet connection for work-related communication and online meetings.
• Willingness to prioritize design work whenever assigned.
• During non-design hours, actively perform telecalling using the company-provided database and achieve assigned calling targets.
• QualificationDiploma/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong software knowledge and good communication skills may also apply.

Note: Design assignments will always be the primary responsibility. When there are no active design tasks, the candidate will be expected to dedicate working hours to telecalling and lead generation activities using the company's provided database.
