Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer interactions through voice calls, chat, and email while delivering exceptional service and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries via chat and email.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
- Meet quality, productivity, and service-level targets.
- EligibilityGraduate or Undergraduate (as per company requirements).
