The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Operations Department Manager to lead

our digital operations team. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of experience in digital

operations, with strong expertise in managing digital sales, riders, online deliveries, and

ensuring on-time order fulfillment. Knowledge of SAP software will be preferred. This role

requires a leader who can streamline processes, manage performance, and ensure operational

excellence across digital platforms.

What you’ll bring:

 Lead and manage the digital operations department, ensuring smooth daily execution of

digital sales and delivery operations.

 Oversee rider management including roster planning, route allocation, and performance

monitoring.

 Ensure timely deliveries, adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs) and customer

expectations.

 Implement and optimize processes for online order flow, from placement to fulfillment.

 Coordinate with internal departments including customer service, logistics, and sales to

ensure seamless operations.

 Utilize SAP software (preferred) for order management, tracking, and reporting.

 Develop and maintain operational KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in efficiency and

delivery timelines.

 Manage escalations and resolve operational challenges in a proactive manner.

 Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights to senior management.

 Train, mentor, and guide the digital operations team for performance excellence.

Required Skills & Knowledge

 5–6 years of proven experience in digital operations, logistics, or e-commerce operations.

 Hands-on experience managing riders, deliveries, and digital sales operations.

 Strong knowledge of SAP software for order and operations management (preferred).

 Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 Strong leadership abilities to manage teams and drive performance.

 Analytical mindset with experience in creating and monitoring KPIs.

 Good communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle escalations.



Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related

field.

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in digital operations management.

• SAP software knowledge will be an added advantage.
