Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management

• Handle inbound inquiries from various channels (calls, emails, social media, property portals).
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in the company’s projects.
• Maintain and update lead database in CRM software.

2.Client Communication

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
• Share brochures, pricing, and other details via email or WhatsApp.
• Schedule site visits for interested customers.

3. Coordination

• Coordinate between the sales team and potential buyers for smooth communication.
• Follow up with prospects until they are ready for a sales meeting or site visit.

4. Reporting

• Maintain daily/weekly reports of leads generated, calls made, and site visits scheduled.
• Track and report conversion ratios from lead to site visit.

5 . Market Awareness

• Stay updated on project details, pricing, offers, and competitor information.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of calls and manage time efficiently.
• Basic understanding of the real estate market (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA/Marketing preferred).
• Experience: 0–3 years (Real estate experience is an advantage).
