Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Reservation Manager to handle client bookings, manage reservations, and ensure smooth communication with guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to bookings
Manage and maintain all reservation records accurately
Follow up with booked clients and confirm their reservations
Remind clients about their stay, check-in details, and special requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experience
Address client queries, concerns, and provide necessary information
Ensure proper documentation and timely updates of booking status
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)
Experience in handling calls and customer interaction
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, booking systems, etc.)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings efficiently
Presentable and professional attitude
