Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Flexible for site visits if required)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can confidently handle clients and convert leads into successful plot sales. The candidate must have strong convincing skills and the ability to close deals in farmland/plot projects.

• Handle incoming leads from Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace & referrals

• Call and follow up with prospective clients

• Understand client budget and requirements

• Convince and convert prospects into site visits

• Conduct site visits and explain project features confidently

• Present completed projects as credibility proof

• Negotiate and close sales professionally

• Maintain daily follow-up records

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Build long-term customer relationships

• Strong communication & convincing skills

• Experience in real estate / plot sales preferred

• Ability to handle objections and close deals

• Confident personality with negotiation skills

• Target-driven mindset

• Basic knowledge of CRM / lead handling

• Generate site visits

• Close deals independently

• Achieve monthly revenue targets

• Maintain high conversion ratio
