*🚀 Hiring: Team Leader – Wallet Business 🚀*
📍 *Locations:* Bangalore | Shimoga | Chikmagalur | Mandya | Tumkur
# Job Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of *15+ BDEs and Team Leaders*.
* Drive merchant acquisition through *QR and Sound Box deployments*.
* Conduct merchant revisits and ensure active merchant engagement.
* Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, and target achievement.
* Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.
* Maintain field discipline, reporting, and process compliance.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
# Eligibility Criteria
* Minimum *1 year of experience* in the Wallet/Fintech industry (*PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, MobiKwik, Freecharge, etc.*).
* Experience in handling field sales teams and merchant acquisition.
* Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
# Mandatory Joining Requirement
✅ Candidate must onboard with *5 active Sales Partners (SPs)* at the time of joining.
