Project Co-Ordinator(Senior Architect) / Job Description

Position: Project Coordinator

Qualification: Architect

Department: Design & Planning

Reporting To: VP/CEO

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants

Conduct design review meetings and resolve technical issues

Coordinate with consultants for timely release of drawings

Drawings reconciliation and keep track of revisions.

Update every stake holder of latest revisions 

Issue drawings to site team/ contractors

Take back super seeded drawings from stake holders

Coordinate with CRM for customization

Help CRM customization of drawings as per customer requirements

Helping CRM / Customer understand possibilities or non possibility of customization

UPDATE site progress to all stake holders

Work closely with QS, procurement, and site execution teams

Execution & Site Monitoring

• Visit project sites to ensure design implementation as per approved drawings

• Review shop drawings and material submittals

• Ensure quality control and adherence to timelines

Client & Authority Interaction

• Coordination with consultants and Liaison 

• Manage revisions and variation documentation

• Strong conceptual and technical design knowledge

• In-depth understanding of building codes and regulations

•

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office (knowledge of BIM preferred)

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office (knowledge of BIM preferred)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)

• 5+ years of experience in residential / commercial building projects

• Experience in high-rise projects preferred

• Residential Apartments / Villas

• Commercial Buildings

• High-rise projects
