Job Description
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models and variants.
Explain vehicle specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange offers.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Generate and follow up on sales leads to convert inquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
Ensure proper showroom display, cleanliness, and brand standards.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Stay updated on new models, competitor products, and market trends.
Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
