Sourcing Manager

Serving both individual consumers and B2B clients such as retail stores and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering), Zestyfy focuses on reducing preparation time, minimizing food wastage, and maintaining consistent quality. ➢ Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and source new suppliers and vendors 
• Assist in procurement and purchasing activities 
• Request and compare quotations from suppliers 
• Negotiate pricing and basic contract terms 
• Maintain supplier database and records 
• Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements 
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery 
• Monitor supplier performance and quality standards 
• Conduct market research for pricing and trends 
• Handle vendor communication and follow-ups 
• Support cost-saving initiatives 
• Resolve basic supplier issues and escalations 
• Prepare procurement reports and documentation

● Follow company procurement policies and procedures 

• Maintain ethical sourcing and compliance standards 
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping 
• Adhere to company code of conduct and governance guidelines 
• Support audit requirements and internal controls 
• Maintain confidentiality of supplier and company data 
• Ensure transparency in vendor selection and negotiations 
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements 
• Promote cost efficiency and responsible spending

➢ What we are looking for: 

● 3–4 years of experience in Sourcing Manager 

● Based in Bangalore 

● Strong Framers connection /cc(Connecting center)  

• Assist in vendor identification and onboarding 
• Support cost optimization and sourcing initiatives 
• Basic knowledge of price negotiation and purchase terms  
• Coordinate with suppliers for orders and deliveries  
• Maintain supplier relationships and track performance  
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability  
• Work closely with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams  
• Manage multiple suppliers and follow procurement cycles 
• Ensure quality checks and compliance with sourcing guidelines
