We are looking for a responsible and well-spoken individual to handle customer calls, assist with resort bookings, and guide clients through available packages. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Explain resort packages, offers, and services clearly
• Assist customers with booking processes and confirmations
• Guide clients in selecting suitable packages based on their needs
• Maintain accurate records of calls and bookings
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries
