Job Description
Job Title: Telesales Executive (B2B Lead Conversion)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Download, organize, and manage daily B2B buyer leads assigned from the IndiaMART portal.
- Outbound Calling: Make 20 to 30 outbound calls daily to business owners, procurement managers, and independent buyers.
- Requirement Analysis: Understand the specific product requirements, quantities, and timelines submitted by IndiaMART buyers.
- Pitching & Negotiation: Present product specifications, share commercial quotations, and negotiate pricing to match buyer budgets.
- Lead Conversion: Convert warm IndiaMART inquiry leads into confirmed sales orders.
- Follow-up Management: Maintain a strict follow-up schedule via calls and WhatsApp for clients requiring time to decide.
- CRM Updates: Accurately update the daily call status, lead stages, and remarks in the company CRM or Google Sheet.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales conversion targets set by the management.
