The Role:

This internship sits at the intersection of AI and real business impact. You'll work directly on AI use cases (Agentic AI) that are actively shaping Sapiens' products and internal processes — not in isolation, but alongside the teams building and shipping them. 

 

What you’ll do:  

• Design and prototype AI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)  

• Build and evaluate RAG pipelines, prompt workflows, and AI agents  

• Collaborate with engineering teams on live AI initiatives  

• Document findings and create internal AI playbooks 

• Work on projects and products across Property and casualty, Life insurance, Reinsurance 

 

What do you need to bring to the table:  

• Pursuing B. Tech in Computer Science & related fields (Inc AI/ML) 

• Good understanding of NLP, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning concepts 

• Familiarity with Python and at least one LLM framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)  

• Experience with prompt engineering and preferably Claude Co-work 

• Ability to break down a complex problem or process into clear, logical, and chronological steps 

• Skill to write unambiguous instructions that define the exact objective 

• Willingness to test and refine iteratively 

• Curious, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
