Global Indirect Tax and technology role

Requirements:

• Experience in indirect tax and ability to apply globally.
• Ability to work through huge data volumes and extract the truth
• Robust knowledge of MS Excel and/or logic based tools (e.g. advanced excel models, Tableau/Alteryx).
• Good English written and verbal communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Experience in Canada Indirect Tax or India GST compliance
• Validate our global revenue and indirect tax system configuration
• Indirect tax computations using tools like Alteryx/Tableau and preparing VAT declarations
• Historic Indirect Tax filing analysis using Alteryx/Tableau model.
• Build and maintain invoice vs. indirect tax vs. revenue accounting reconciliations globally.
• Audit support for indirect tax and reconciliations.
• Historic review of global Indirect Tax and Revenue

• Historic Completeness and Accuracy analysis using Alteryx/Tableau model.
• Adhoc projects (e.g. revenue accounting remap, post order adjustment fix)
• Tracking and upwards reporting of issues, projects and dashboards.
• Historic onshore revenue review analysis using Alteryx/Tableau model.

• Supporting automation functions for indirect tax systems
