Role Overview
The Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and people-related initiatives across business teams. The role involves partnering with managers, conducting employee connects, driving performance review processes, and ensuring smooth execution of HR programs aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Performance Management
- Coordinate and support performance management processes, including probation reviews, reviews, appraisals, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Track performance milestones and ensure timely completion of review processes.
- Partner with managers to gather feedback and maintain performance documentation.
- Conduct regular employee connects and check-ins
Compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and documentation requirements.
- Monitor probation confirmations, employee lifecycle activities, and compliance-related actions.
Business Partnering Support
- Work closely with managers to understand team challenges and provide HR support on people-related matters.
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives aligned with business requirements.
- Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and people initiatives as required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HRBP, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong understanding of performance management, employee engagement, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-up, and execution capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with employees and managers while supporting business objectives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
