Experience & Expertise

10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong exposure to pre-sales, solution architecture, or advisory roles
Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and cross-module integrations
Proven experience supporting complex, global pursuits across multiple regions
Demonstrated ability to create and leverage tools, IP, accelerators, or reusable assets for sales and delivery
