Call Centre BPO Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students over calls regarding MBBS admission processes abroad.
• Generate and follow up on business leads through BPO calling and digital outreach.
• Communicate effectively with prospective clients, answer queries, and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and manage office operations efficiently, including documentation and coordination.
• Achieve individual targets in terms of lead generation and counseling sessions.
• Build long-term relationships with students and their families to ensure smooth admissions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a must).
• Prior experience in BPO calling, student counseling, or abroad education consultancy preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a target-driven environment.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of office operations and documentation.
