About the Role:
Experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Cards and Payments Issuing The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various business and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze and documentation of business requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Cards and Payments Issuing processes and digital applications.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, perform feasibility assessment with coordination from Solution architects.
- Develop detailed business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications to support the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Business, Operations, Compliance etc. including Development and Testing teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time.
- Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to validate the functionality and usability of new features and enhancements.
Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of Cards and Payments Issuing processes, including transaction processing, authorization, and settlement.
- Strong understanding of digital applications and technologies related to Cards and Payments, such as mobile wallets, contactless payments, and tokenization.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
