Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
