- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics.
- Experience in data interpretation and transforming complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges and optimize processes.
