What this job involves: 
 

The candidate will be mainly responsible for Business Development for Consulting practices across Bangalore, Kerala and neighbouring states plus oversee the execution of Converted assignments. 

 

• Lead the Bangalore consulting business 

• Support India Head of Consulting to expand the consulting business 

• Managing the overall BD and sales process for the region, maintaining regular contact with your stakeholders to keep pursuits moving ahead.  

• Identifying clients proactively who would require real estate advisory services best use studies, feasibility studies, location consultancy, financial viability analyses, and all advisory and consulting services related to real estate sector) 

• Prepare and Lead client pitches and presentations.  

• Secure Real estate advisory assignments and collaborate with various teams for execution.  

 

KEY SKILLS 

 

• Strong networking in the industry 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.  

• Core Management Consulting Experience, Research & Analytics Experience preferably in Real Estate. 

• Excellent Presentation and Financial Skills  

 

QUALIFICATION  

 

• MBA (any specialization) or equivalent 

• 10+ Years of Relevant Experience in Real Estate Consulting and Business Development.
