Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and recommend adjustments to maintain quality and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Standard Edition.
- Strong understanding of application development frameworks and microservices architecture.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and RESTful web services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
