We are hiring an experienced AI Lead to drive AI-powered automation across our Intelligent Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) platform. This platform includes Invoice Template Creation (Branding intelligence), Remittance Processing, Payments, AI-based Cash Application, Deduction Management, and ERP Posting.

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI systems that extract financial data, match payments to invoices, identify deductions, and reduce manual exceptions. This is a high-impact leadership role shaping automation across enterprise financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

AI Architecture & Delivery

• Define end-to-end AI architecture for invoice-to-cash workflows.
• Design modular AI agents for:
  • Remittance data extraction
  • Invoice reference identification
  • Payment-to-invoice matching
  • Deduction classification
• Ensure scalable and production-ready AI deployment.

Intelligent Document Processing

• Lead AI solutions to parse:
  • Email attachments (PDF/scanned remittances)
  • EDI/XML files
  • Customer portal uploads
• Extract structured financial entities such as invoice numbers, UTRs, customer data, deductions, FX variances, and tax adjustments.
• Implement confidence scoring and validation logic.

Matching & Automation

• Build and optimize AI-driven matching algorithms between remittances, payments, and ERP invoices.
• Improve auto-match rates while maintaining high precision.
• Reduce manual exception handling through intelligent recommendations.

Exception Intelligence & Explainability

• Design AI systems that detect mismatches and suggest corrective actions.
• Ensure explainable AI outputs suitable for financial audit and compliance.
• Establish feedback loops for continuous model improvement.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
• Partner with Product, Integration, and ERP teams.
• Drive AI roadmap aligned with business automation goals.

Required Qualifications

• 8–14+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong expertise in:
  • NLP / LLM-based systems
  • Entity extraction & classification
  • Matching/reconciliation algorithms
  • Production AI deployment
• Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Experience building scalable AI pipelines in SaaS or enterprise environments.

Preferred Experience

• Accounts Receivable or financial systems automation.
• Cash application or remittance processing.
• ERP-integrated AI systems.
• Agent-based AI architectures.
• Explainable AI in regulated domains.

Leadership Level

L5 – Senior AI Lead

• Owns AI solution execution and production delivery.
• Leads model performance optimization and team execution.

• Defines enterprise-wide AI strategy and architecture.
• Drives long-term innovation and AI governance.

What Success Looks Like

• High extraction accuracy (≥ 90–95%).
• Strong auto-match rates with minimal false positives.
• Reduced financial exceptions and manual effort.
• Scalable, secure, and audit-ready AI systems.
