Manager, FOS Private Monitor

Role

Manager – FOS Private Monitor within FOS Data Solutions is responsible for leading Private Markets performance reporting and analytical services, with a strong focus on Private Equity. The role oversees complex client delivery, leads a specialist team across Operations and Client Servicing to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful reporting that supports institutional investment decision‑making.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of FOS Private Monitor services for Private Equity and other Private Markets assets.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex operational, data, and client issues.
  • Oversee volumes on approval queue and various Duco recs
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and control enhancements.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to the FOS Private Monitor team.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Client Services and other stake holders.
  • Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in alternative assets and performance reporting

  • Manage, coach, and develop a high‑performing FOS Private Monitor team.
  • Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations through effective workload management and issue prioritization.
  • Motivate and guide the team to adapt to process, system, and regulatory changes.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, quality, and continuous learning.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate and above, preferred CFA or CIPM certification
  • A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in investment operations, Alternatives, or performance reporting, including people leadership responsibilities
  • Must have strong working knowledge of the firm, industry and technology

Eligibility for Internal partners

•3 years as a Section Manager and currently a 2 VP and Senior Consultant should have 6 years of people management and a 2VP currently
