Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion PDH Functional Consultant with over 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, specifically focusing on Product Data Hub (PDH). The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion PDH, strong business process knowledge, and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, data governance, and master data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle Fusion PDH implementations and enhancements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to product data management.
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion PDH modules to meet business needs.
• Define and implement product data governance and standardization processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, manufacturing, and IT.
• Develop functional specifications, test cases, and training documentation.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion PDH.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Product Hub, Item Model, Item Classes, and Data Quality.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations and integrations.
• Proficiency in writing functional design documents and test scripts.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead functional tracks in large-scale projects.
• Oracle certifications in PDH or related modules are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other Oracle Fusion modules like SCM, Inventory, or Procurement.
• Exposure to global implementations and multi-org environments.
