Job Overview
Under guidance, tracks and audits revenue by calculating price quotes, recording contract revenue and preparing revenue reports.

Essential Functions
•    Monitor IQVIA Account Receivable mailbox daily, to retrieve invoices that have been created by the IQVIA Revenue Team.
•    Using information from the invoices, determine who the client is and which web portals the invoices need to be uploaded to.
•    Log into the appropriate web portals and locate the customer Purchase Orders (PO’s) against which the IQVIA customer invoices will need to be uploaded or entered.
•    Ensure that the remaining amount of money available under the PO equals or exceeds the amount of the invoice that is being uploaded.
•    Communicate with web portal administrators, customer contacts and IQVIA Revenue Analysts to resolve processing issues.
•    Monitor the payment status of all invoices submitted through the portals. Communicate with customer contacts regarding unpaid, past due invoices to obtain payment status updates. Document the payment status and communicate to Revenue Team management. 
•    Set-up new third party portal relationships between various clients and portal administrators.
•    This person will also be the primary contact with regards to the daily processing of BOT past due notifications.
•    This person will send out daily bot summary email to the collections team to confirm status of first and second notifications.
•    This person will also assist the collection team in a direct and indirect manner to resolve past due invoices.
•    This person will create and then send out weekly management report (AR Reports, BNF Status Report, etc.) to the various stakeholders.
•    Review and process weekly Labor Forecast(s) to be in accordance with IQVIA policy. 
•    This person will eventually take full ownership and centralize the Labor Forecast process that is currently handled by various revenue analyst. 

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent in Finance/Accounting Req
• Four (4) years experience in general/ revenue accounting, contract administration or billing. Req
• Familiarity with financial reporting systems.
• Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• General knowledge of IQVIA products a plus.
• Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems.
• Strong organization skills.
