We are currently seeking a SAP Signavio Lead to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Signavio Lead to drive business process transformation initiatives using the SAP Signavio suite. The ideal candidate will lead process mining, modeling, and optimization efforts, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Signavio solutions (Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Journey Modeler, Collaboration Hub).
- Drive business process discovery, modeling, analysis, and optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities using process mining and analytics.
- Define and maintain process governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops with business teams to capture AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
- Integrate Signavio with SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC) and other enterprise tools.
- Provide leadership in process transformation programs, especially in SAP S/4HANA migrations.
- Mentor and guide team members on Signavio tools and methodologies.
- Ensure alignment between business processes and organizational goals.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations on process performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in business process management (BPM) or SAP consulting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio suite (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of process mining, process modeling (BPMN 2.0).
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Knowledge of end-to-end business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.).
- Experience in process governance and standardization frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- SAP functional knowledge (FICO, MM, SD, etc.).
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
- Exposure to integration with tools like SAP Solution Manager, ARIS, or Celonis.
- Certification in SAP Signavio or BPM-related domains.

Leadership & Soft Skills

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong facilitation and workshop management skills.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on business outcomes.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
