  • Drive and implement change initiatives that enhance group capabilities, supporting enterprise transformation priorities.

  • Orchestrate and coordinate key change initiative interventions and events, including working group, listening sessions, solutioning, OCM planning and delivery execution.

  • Prepare and deliver governance artefacts, including OKR tracking, milestone reporting, and escalation packs; identify and drive actions arising from performance reviews.

  • Track workforce capability, providing insights to support resource planning and enable effective delivery outcomes.

  • Partner with Operational Risk teams to embed CMRS requirements, ensuring consistent adoption, uplift of controls, and evidence across all change initiatives.

  • Proactively identify delivery risks and control gaps, ensuring effective mitigation and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Drive planning and prioritisation activities, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into executable roadmaps across complex crews and domains.

Essential Skills:

  • 15+ years’ experience in management consulting or similar roles, with strong exposure to strategy, transformation, and delivery

  • Proven experience working in large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with enterprise transformation programs (e.g., Pace or similar frameworks) and a strong track record of driving continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability, applying structured, consulting-led approaches to complex organisational and delivery challenges
