You will work closely with backend engineers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product teams to design and develop modern web interfaces that enable users to interact with complex data and AI driven systems.

Job Requirements

As a Front End Engineer, you will design and develop user interfaces for data driven applications, engineering tools, and AI powered platforms. You will focus on building responsive, scalable, and high performance web applications that provide intuitive user experiences while integrating seamlessly with backend systems and APIs.

You will play a key role in translating complex technical functionality into accessible and user friendly interfaces while ensuring high standards for usability, performance, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

Front End Application Development
•    Design and develop modern web applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
•    Build reusable UI components and maintain scalable front end architecture.
•    Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces that work across browsers and devices.
•    Ensure high performance and optimized front end code.

Data Visualization and User Interaction
•    Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations that allow users to explore complex datasets.
•    Implement charts, graphs, and interactive UI elements using libraries such as D3.js, Chart.js, or Plotly.
•    Translate analytical outputs and AI model results into clear and intuitive visual interfaces.

Integration with Backend Systems
•    Work closely with backend engineers to integrate front end applications with APIs and data services.
•    Implement secure and efficient communication between the front end and backend systems.
•    Support integration of analytics and machine learning results into user facing applications.

Performance Optimization
•    Optimize application performance, load times, and responsiveness.
•    Implement best practices for front end performance including lazy loading, code splitting, and caching.
•    Identify and resolve UI performance bottlenecks.

UI Architecture and Best Practices
•    Define and maintain front-end architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.
•    Ensure maintainability and scalability of UI components and application structure.
•    Promote best practices in UI development, testing, and accessibility.

Collaboration and Product Development
•    Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into high-quality user experiences.
•    Participate in design discussions and technical reviews to ensure alignment between user experience and technical implementation.
•    Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across the development team.

Required Skills & Competency

•    Bachelor’s with 8+ years, Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•    Strong experience developing web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
•    Experience building interactive dashboards and data visualization interfaces.
•    Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and modern UI frameworks.
•    Experience integrating front-endEngineer applications with RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.
•    Familiarity with state management frameworks such as Redux, MobX, or similar tools.
•    Experience with version control systems such as Git and modern development workflows.
•    Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards, and cross browser compatibility.
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•    Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
•    Ability to travel occasionally, up to 10%, for team meetings or training as needed.
