Technical recruiter
- Reviewing client job descriptions, sourcing, screening, qualifying and submitting resumes based on the clients needs.
- Sourcing from different job boards and LinkedIn.
- Foster long-term relationship with candidates.
- Should have the ability to do proactive recruitment, pipeline candidates through various recruiting and social networking sites.
- Utilize innovative and effective convincing/negotiation skills to attract top talent.
- Should have understanding and ability to meet all quality parameters before submitting resume.
- Ensure that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
- Should be business professional and have technical hiring experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with collaborative team spirit.
