Role:  Technology Consultant
Experience: 3 – 10 Years (Flexible)
Location: Bangalore

Role Summary

We are looking for IT professionals across multiple technology stacks to work on enterprise‑scale applications, platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves contributing to development, support, enhancement, testing, or analysis of systems based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on design, development, enhancement, testing, or support of IT applications and systems
• Understand business and technical requirements and deliver solutions accordingly
• Participate in Agile / Waterfall SDLC activities including planning, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure
• Perform production support, issue analysis, and defect resolution when required
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and quality processes
• Prepare and maintain technical or functional documentation
• Support UAT, go‑live, and post‑production activities

Technical Skills (Any One or More)

Candidates may have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Programming / Development: Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, Spring Boot, Node.js
• Data & Analytics: SQL, PL‑SQL, Power BI, Tableau, ETL, Data Engineering
• Testing / QA: Manual Testing, Automation, API Testing, Performance Testing
• Mainframe / Legacy: COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Enterprise Systems: ERP, CRM, Core Banking, Payments, Cards, Risk systems
• Support Roles: L2/L3 Support, Incident/Problem Management, SLA‑driven environments

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery lifecycle
• Good problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in Agile / Scrum teams
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Good to Have

• Experience working in BFSI, Payments, Retail, Telecom, Healthcare, or Enterprise domains
• Exposure to production environments and client‑facing projects
• Knowledge of JIRA, ServiceNow, Git, CI/CD tools

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / IT or equivalent experience
