Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Batch Management: Track stock via ERP/SAP. Manage batch numbers, expiry dates, and apply FEFO (First Expired, First Out) and FIFO principles.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure operations align with cGMP and GDP guidelines to pass stringent audits. Document goods receipts (GRNs) and maintain batch records meticulously.
- Material Dispensing & Dispatch: Handle raw material dispensing in controlled environments (Grade C/D) and prepare finished goods for dispatch, including cold-chain management if needed.
- Environmental Control: Monitor and record temperature and relative humidity of storage areas to maintain drug integrity.
- Quality & Safety: Segregate quarantine, approved, and rejected materials. Maintain a clean, pest-free warehouse environment.
