Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Outbound Calling: Make cold calls to prospective customers to introduce company offerings.
  • Inbound Query Handling: Answer incoming calls, resolve customer queries, and address complaints professionally.
  • Sales & Lead Generation: Pitch products/services, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain the CRM database with accurate customer information, call logs, and interaction notes.
  • Script Adherence: Utilize company scripts to ensure consistent and accurate information delivery.
  • Customer Relationship: Build rapport with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
