Job Description
Bajirao BEd Academy LLP.
We required candidates who have minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller in an Educational Institution. Who can generate revenue through Telecalling.
Salary+ Incentive+ Bonus.
Salay Fixed (8,000 to 10,000) according to your Experience. Incentive and Bonus will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
- Call potential students or parents from the database to inform them about our courses and services.
- Explain course details, admission procedures, and answer queries professionally.
- Maintain a record of calls and update the CRM or Excel sheets.
- Follow up with leads through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for appointments and counseling sessions.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and ensure high conversion.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation preferred.
- Good communication skills in [languages – e.g., English, Hindi, Odia, etc.].
- Prior experience in Telecalling or Telesales in any Educational Institution is preferred.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
