The role requires identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or business solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment and its challenges is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in gathering and synthesizing complex information from diverse sources.
- Ability to design and document business processes and system requirements clearly.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to drive business solutions.
