About Upskalor & Telos Program

Upskalor is India's career transition coaching platform built for the AI era. Our Telos program helps working professionals — IT managers, data analysts, marketing leads, software engineers — who are worried about AI replacing their jobs. We guide them to upskill, pivot roles, and future-proof their careers through structured 1-on-1 and group coaching.

Role

We are looking for a Career Counsellor with technical knowledge who will work directly with Telos program clients. You will conduct discovery calls, run group cohort sessions, assess AI threat to each client's role, and create personalised 90-day career transition roadmaps.

What You Will Do

• Conduct 1-on-1 discovery and coaching calls (45–60 min each)
• Run group cohort sessions (6–12 professionals per batch, bi-weekly)
• Assess how much AI threatens each client's specific role and career
• Co-create personalised 90-day career transition roadmaps
• Recommend specific courses, certifications, and upskilling paths
• Track each client's weekly progress through Telos milestones
• Deliver 30-day and 90-day post-program follow-up check-ins

Skills Required

• Understanding of AI tools — ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, automation trends
• Knowledge of tech roles — data, product, engineering, operations, marketing
• Familiarity with upskilling platforms — Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, etc.
• Strong emotional intelligence and active listening
• Comfortable running sessions on Zoom or Google Meet
• Counselling, coaching, HR, or training background preferred
• Hindi and English communication required

Who Will You Work With

Experienced professionals with 5–20 years of experience in IT, data, marketing, or operations who are worried about AI making their roles redundant.

Compensation

• Base: ₹8,000–12,000/month fixed
• ₹500–1,000 per Telos client who converts
• ₹2,000–5,000 per cohort batch completed
• ₹1,500 per client who achieves role change within 90 days
• Total estimated: ₹20,000–35,000/month at full capacity
