CCTV Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1. CCTV Installation and Configuration:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and associated components.
• Ensure proper positioning, alignment, and functionality of CCTV cameras to meet client requirements.

1. Networking Infrastructure:

• Design, install, and maintain networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and cabling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues to ensure seamless operations.

1. Maintenance and Repairs:

• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on CCTV and networking equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

1. System Integration:

• Integrate CCTV systems with network infrastructure to enable remote monitoring and access.
• Collaborate with clients to customize solutions that meet their specific security and connectivity needs.

1. Client Training:

• Train clients or end-users on the proper use, monitoring, and maintenance of CCTV and networking systems.

1. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, maintenance activities, and repairs for reference and reporting.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all installations and services adhere to industry best practices and meet or exceed company standards.

1. Compliance:

• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring installations align with these requirements.

1. Client Support:

• Provide exceptional customer service, answer client inquiries, and address concerns professionally.
