Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to identify, attract, and onboard high-caliber Retail Partners, Senior Retail Partners, and Insurance Consultants to expand our distribution network. The ideal candidate has a strong background in franchisee recruitment, insurance agency acquisition, or high-volume retail sales hiring. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of partners who will drive sales growth and manage our brand representation. 



  • Experience: 0-5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the retail, insurance (BFSI), or franchising sector.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail operations, sales metrics, and the insurance industry, including licensing and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade potential partners.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Target Driven: Proven track record of achieving recruitment quotas and hiring targets.
