Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service/Field Engineer with a Diploma in Engineering and 1–3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Networking, and PA Systems at client/project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV Surveillance Systems, Networking, and PA Systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of systems at site locations.
• Diagnose technical faults and provide timely resolutions to ensure system functionality.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Handle site visits, inspections, and system audits as required.
• Maintain service reports, installation records, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols at all times.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / IT or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Fire Alarm, CCTV, Networking, or PA Systems
• Basic knowledge of wiring, installation, and troubleshooting
• Willingness to travel to project sites
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling Fire Alarm Panels and detectors
• Knowledge of IP-based CCTV systems and networking basics
• Ability to work independently at site locations
• Understanding of AMC/service work
