Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and ensuring that all modifications are properly documented and communicated. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, focusing on analyzing issues and implementing effective solutions. Additionally, updating and maintaining knowledge resources to facilitate efficient troubleshooting is an ongoing responsibility, ensuring continuous improvement in support processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Lead efforts to document processes and update knowledge base articles to enhance team efficiency.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging.
- Experience in creating and managing Requests for Change to support operational stability.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system incidents.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with maintaining and updating knowledge base documentation to support troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills to facilitate clear and concise information exchange.
