Accountant/ Accounts Executive

WellBe is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Associate to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and assist in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping
• Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
• Assist in GST filings, TDS compliance, and statutory requirements
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for financial queries
• Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of GST and TDS regulations
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
