Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Must be from automotive OEM (Passenger vehicle) company with minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing Quality
• Holding  Degree in Mechanical
• Hands on experience of BIW Manufacturing processes
• Understanding of Spot welding, C02 Welding, VIN Machine , Robotic Hemming , Adhesives, Welding Fixtures 
• Knowledge/Know-how of Body shop Indicators  like Gap & Flushness (1D), Dimensional integrity (3D CMM) , Stack up Tolerance (GD&T)
• Knowledge of Proactive systems like Poka-Yoke, Traceability , Zero defect stages / Operator, Human Error Prevention .
• Handling of Next customer issues (Paint , TCF & PQA)- root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment.
