Job Description
Job OverviewWe are looking for a result-driven HR Executive responsible for large-scale hiring, primarily focused on recruiting interns and supporting rapid team expansion. The role demands strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills to meet aggressive weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesExecute end-to-end recruitment for HR interns and Sales Interns
- Achieve hiring target of ~25 interns per week (100 per month)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus outreach, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final selection
- Manage onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
- Collaborate with sales/operations teams to align hiring with business targets
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and management
- Performance & TargetsMonthly hiring target: ~100 interns
- Weekly hiring target: ~25 interns
- Ensure quality hiring aligned with company needs
- Contribute indirectly to revenue through workforce expansion
- Compensation Structure Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month TO 20,000 per month
- Incentives: ₹200 to 350 per successful hire
- Monthly Incentive Potential: Up to ₹35,000
- Total Monthly Earnings Potential: ₹50,000
- Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle bulk hiring efficiently
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Preferred Experience0–2 years in HR/recruitment (freshers with strong communication can apply)
- Experience in mass hiring / internship hiring is a plus
- Key Traits for Success High energy and execution-focused mindset
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
