Process Executive

You will manage structured business processes for US clients. Your role focuses on executing tasks with accuracy, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring all steps follow defined workflows. You will work on case handling, data updates, coordination, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned processes from start to finish
• Review input data and validate accuracy before processing
• Update CRM or internal systems in real time
• Follow defined SOPs for each task without deviation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Track progress and follow up on pending items
• Maintain clear records and documentation
• Ensure all work meets SLA timelines
• Report issues, delays, or inconsistencies early
• Share daily and weekly updates on work status

Process Workflow (Daily Execution)

• Task or case intake
• Data validation and entry
• Processing as per SOP
• Status tracking and follow-ups
• Documentation and quality checks
• Completion and reporting

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, backend processes, or data handling
• Comfortable working in US EST shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal English
• Ability to follow structured processes consistently
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or databases
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
