Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele caller to handle inbound and outbound calls related to immigration services. The role involves explaining visa and immigration processes, generating leads, and scheduling consultations for the immigration team.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries
  • Explain immigration services (Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc.) clearly
  • Understand client profiles and identify suitable visa options
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Schedule appointments with immigration consultants
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM or Excel
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
  • Provide basic counselling and answer client questions professionally
