Job Summary:

Creative Future is hiring enthusiastic and result-driven Tele Callers to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, and generating leads or appointments. This is a great opportunity for freshers or experienced individuals looking to build a career in sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Promote the company’s services and explain their benefits.
• Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
• Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries professionally.
• Report daily call outcomes to the team leader.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Previous telecalling or telesales experience is an advantage.
