About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to lead the service team, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and deliver an excellent dining experience to guests.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of service staff.

Welcome guests and ensure exceptional customer service.

Take orders accurately and assist guests with menu recommendations.

Monitor food and beverage service to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Train and guide stewards and junior team members.

Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order execution.

Manage billing and payment processes when required.

Maintain discipline, grooming, and service standards within the team.

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a restaurant, café, hotel, or QSR.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Ability to lead and manage a service team.

Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.

Basic understanding of billing/POS systems.

Positive attitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Immediate joiners preferred.
