Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will ensure financial integrity, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger,

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and audits

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

Implement and improve internal controls and financial processes

Provide financial insights and reports to senior management for decision-making

Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Professional qualification such as CA / CMA / CPA preferred

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws

Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software such as Tally,

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B Sales industry

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian financial regulations

Experience handling audits and regulatory compliance
